Background and Topics
According to DIN EN ISO 19011, auditors are required to continuously improve their competence, for example through selfstudy or professional development. For this reason, the validity of the certificates is deliberately limited in time.

Through this examination with final certification, you can have your competences confrmed again by an independent party, thus providing evidence of an up-to-date and valid qualification.
Programma
Examination performance
The examination is designed as an audit simulation with technical emphasis on the SIs and FAQs. The focus is on the assessment of auditor competence, i.e. the assessment is focused on how the auditor performs during the simulation.
You will receive further information about the process and preparation in good time in advance.
On the examination day, the documents (including standard volumes) handed out during VDA trainings are admissible and must be brought along on the exam day.
Additional course material
The spoken language and provided course material will be in English.

Admission requirements
For a detailed explanation of the requirements, see the overview graphic below. Admittane to the examination is only possible after a successful application review.
Prior to the exam, we recommend the one-day workshop for Re-Qualification as 1st & 2nd Party Auditor (VDA QMC ID 240). If one does not have this knowledge, we recommend the two-day IATF 16949:2016 auditor course (NL) and the one-day ISO 19011:2018 course (NL), depending on the missing knowledge.
Certificatie
Certificate VDA QMC
After passing the test, a new certificate with a registered number are issued, and the accompanying entry into the VDA QMC database is completed.
