This training provides the fundamentals for process audits in the supply chain according to VDA 6.8, considering the process-oriented approach and risk analysis in the automotive industry.
This training is for VDA 6.3 Process Auditors with professional experience in logistics who want to conduct audits according to VDA 6.8 in the future.
Note! To conduct process audits according to VDA 6.8, it is no longer mandatory to take the VDA 6.8 – Process Auditor Examination (ID 962) after completing this training.
Successfully passing the included knowledge test is now sufficient to obtain the “VDA 6.8 – Process Auditor Qualification” certificate.

Prerequisites for attendance
- Certificate of qualification or certificate VDA 6.3:2023
- At least five years of professional experience in an industrial company, of which at least two years should be in logistics-related areas of activity (see VDA 6.8, chapter 3.2, preferably analogue to process elements L1-L7).
Certificate of attendance
Passing the included knowledge test is sufficient to obtain the VDA 6.8 – Process Auditor Qualification certificate. A separate examination (ID 962) is no longer required for receiving the VDA QMC certificate with a registered number. If you do not pass the test, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Accompanying Material
The volume VDA 6.8 should be available for the training and can be ordered through the VDA QMC webshop for a fee.
Programma
You will learn which requirements are relevant for the different areas including project management, planning/implementation, supplier management, procurement, transport, production and warehouse logistics, as well as customer management, and how these can be realized in concrete terms.
The training alternates between selected theoretical content and practical exercises.
Objectives
- Understanding the general requirements and principles of VDA 6.8.
- Applying the questionnaire in practice using the process elements (L1–L7).

Lunch & lesmateriaal inbegrepen
Tijdens fysieke dagopleidingen wordt er standaard lunch, koffie, thee, frisdranken en waters, evenals schrijfmateriaal gratis voorzien. Bij zowel klassikale als live online trainingen stelt de coach het Allanta opleidingsmateriaal digitaal ter beschikking.
Duur
Dagopleidingen duren 8u en gaan door van 9u tot 17u. Halve dagopleidingen duren 4u en kunnen doorgaan van 9u tot 13u of van 13u tot 17u.
Annulatievoorwaarden
Inschrijvingen voor open opleidingen zijn bindend.
Na ontvangst van de Bevestiging van registratie wordt de deelnameprijs volledig factureerbaar, ongeacht aanwezigheid.
Vervanging van de deelnemer is steeds mogelijk, mits voorafgaande melding aan ons secretariaat. In geval van ziekte blijft de deelnameprijs in principe verschuldigd. De onderneming kan een vervanger aanduiden. Indien dat niet mogelijk is, bekijkt Allanta vzw per geval of de deelnemer kan worden overgeplaatst naar een latere sessie van dezelfde opleiding.
Allanta vzw behoudt zich het recht voor om, in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden, de opleiding te annuleren of het programma, de datum of de locatie te wijzigen.
Deze voorwaarden maken integraal deel uit van onze Algemene Voorwaarden.
