Willy Vandenbrande is the founder and President of QS Consult, a European consulting agency that assists organizations in various aspects of Quality Management. With its head office in Bruges, Belgium, Willy founded QS Consult in 1995 to help organizations in the implementation of Quality Systems according to the ISO 9000 standards series as well as QS 9000 and ISO TS 16949. Competencies include implementation of management systems, statistical techniques, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
Willy’s guiding principle in any consulting or training project is to develop practical and personalized solutions that create direct added value to the customer. His philosophy is “adapt, do not adopt”. Whether it is ISO 9000 or Six Sigma, he encourages his clients to evaluate what is useful for the organization and implement this in a way that is best suited to their needs.
